Wymagania: Joining us as a Business Support Person, you will become a member of a small team, have your focus on providing administrative and logistical support to the company and get the opportunity to use your unique strengths. The successful candidate will be a hard driving yet supportive person who is purposeful, adopts early, adds value not time, never says never, is present in the moment and is there for each other in the team. Role overview: • Administrative work related to training logistics • Preparing documents for accounting • Network management • Preparing travel documents (tickets, hotel bookings) and training materials • Providing all necessary support in day-to-day issues Requirements: • Strong sense of responsibility • Fluent English, both spoken and written • Strong people skills • Excellent computer skills • Ability to working independently • Self-starter but also a team player • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Supporting skills and mindset
